A fully equipped handmade wooden kitchen, with dark slate flooring is to the rear of the open plan seating area, the kitchen has all the usual facilities you would expect with full oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker and espresso machine. There is a full selection of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a separate laundry room that is equipped with a washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board situated behind the kitchen through another outside entrance.
The dining table and chairs is to the side of the seating area and adjacent to the kitchen, here you can sit and have breakfast with a view through the large opening French glazed doors. The comfortable seating area has two sofas that look out onto the infinity pool and the views beyond. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD, Satellite channels and sound system and wifi. An enclosed stair case leads you up from the seating area to the door of the master bedroom. The entrance to ground floor bedroom is through an archway into a small separate reception lobby which can be locked isolating the two areas and affording total privacy.
